Does tent alloewyou to open the roof?

Tom, the answer is yes. the tent made for the xuv has a rain fly over mesh for ventilation, or if its nice and starry night-leave the fly off. Colder camping you could always close the roof panel, although with the tent on you always have to have the tailgate down. see pics
