Is $12770.00 too much for a 2006 gmc envoy denali 116000 miles almost every option

I forgot Denali. KBB lists "excellent" at $12, 800 but only 3% meet that criteria, Go to fair, half meet that, it's still over $11,000 on KBB so not too far off. 116,000 miles makes it hard to get in to "excellent"
