Transmission not working

My girlfriend just got her tranny fixed on her Denali, about
3 months ago. It is not shifting intob 3rd gear. Could this
be something else like a fuel filter issue?

More than likely the transmission, did she get a warranty on the work? Have the shop that did the work look at it again.

This would not be related to the fuel filter. I hope you have a warranty.
