A/c and heat unit

I can't use the a/c heat or defrost because
my passenger floor gets wet. Also when
ever I crank car I hear a werod noisy in fadu
or under dash like pop and tapping sound

The poping noise is a bad actuator in the HVAC sysem listen close, mode door actuator, blend door actuator, recirc door actuator, some are easy to change from behind glove box others not so easy.
