I have a 03 gmc envoy it starts when jumped and
dies when I cut it off then I have no power at all iv
checked everything from the starter to the fuses
everything checks out can someone help please

If you have a car starter on it that’s the issue. I had same thing and I had a car starter put it and it kept draining battery. Took it to my mechanic and he disconnected the car starter and no problems now.
