91 dodge 150 transmission problems

Lost all gears going down the road don't have reverse but if I turn truck off and back on I can put it in drive
and it drives for a brief min before going out and I have checked fluid so not the problem

I recently had the same problem with my 93 dodge w150. Sad to tell you but your tranny needs rebuilt or replaced.
