Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When the engine starts it run great, has new cap, rotor, spark plugs, fuel pump,
ECM and a new shut down relay. When it cranks and does not start there is no
spark and no power to the fuel pump or coil.

With a new pickup in the dist the truck started right up. Now for the true test, sitting outside over night and getting cold.
