Hi mmaster! Usually there is a nut or screw at the bottom of the wiper arm that can be loosened to remove it from the pivot. In Dodge's case however they something make it a pull off type of deal. If you don't see a nit or screw, lift the wiper arm and start rocking the base of the arm until if pops off of the pivot. Hope that helps! Good luck!
