You will need some TLC from your local mechanic/dealership to solve this problem.

the problem is in the clockspring behind the steering wheel airbag, all current goes through it, some of the caravans had lifetime clockspring warranty, check it out if you have a dealer that's easy to get along with or give me your serial number and i can look it up for you.

Chances are you have a short somewhere in your dashboard.

Thanks chris, i hadn't bothered to check on the recalls but u hit the nail on the head. My grand caravan is in the shop as i am typing this on my iphone eating breakfast at a restaurant close to the dealership. I had the airbag light on, no cruise and no horn. I was told the clockspring was indeed the trouble.
