My US database only shows 2.4L engine. The voltage wire for your fuel injectors is it dark green wire with orange tracer? The asd relay, where applicable, supplies voltage to several major systems, the fuel injectors and ignition coil, just to name a couple. The computer has to see cam and crank sensor signals with engine cranking or it won't ground the asd relay. Now, is that your problem, I don't know?

The tacho jumps when cranking the engine, have replaced the cam sensor should I replace the crank sensor?

It depends, does the fuel injectors and ignition coil have primary voltage, engine cranking? I gave you the wire color. If no voltage, have to check asd relay circuits, voltage and ground.
