My parents got me a Chrysler New Yorker and everything is
fine on it but since it has an antique car am I allowed to
travel with it like a 5 hour trip??

Allowed? You do not have to ask permission! If you are concerned about reliability have a mechanic check it out and catch it up on basic maintenance items such as brakes, cooling, tires and fluid changes.

Sorry its more like because some states has laws and i cant find any information for arkansas
