1999 ford windstar key bypass

lost key replacerd ignition with new and wont start security theft light flashes
then after awhile it flashes once followed by 3 times for about a few maybe 4v
reputitions then goes off

You will need to bring your car to a dealer and the new key needs to sync with your security system.

i am tring to avoid the high cost and am searching for the at home key reset sequence if possible to achi ve
