How to check fuel pressure?

On your fuel rail, located top of motor you will see something tjat looks like a valve stem on a tire, unscrew cap and attached fuel pressure gauge.

gear shifter is locked up. the book suggest it is a fuse to the brake interlock system. however the diagram does not list a fuse for brake interlock system
