Asked by Drgnftjsus Apr 19, 2018 at 09:59 PM about the 1993 Ford Ranger XLT Standard Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1993 4 cylinder 5 speed ford ranger.

I'm interested in buying a 1994 v6 5 speed ranger
IF.....

I can take the 4 cylinder out of MY ranger and put it
into the v6 ranger chassis....

How do I do this? Anyone have any references?
Shouldn't be too difficult right?

1 Answer

This should work. Use the 4 cylinder engine computer and wiring. Since you have a donor truck you will have all the parts you need.
