Break lights, marker lights/running lights and dash lights wont work

Ive changed and checked all
fuses an bulbs. Ive checked the
break switch and head light
switch and still stumped. What
else can i do

Have checked voltage and ground circuits, you can use a test light to check both? Have checked for blown fuses in fuse box. My info for your model year isn't that great.
