Blower motor resistor

2004 ford crown victoria, replaced the
blower motor as well as ALL of the
fuses both under hood and under dash
and yet still don't have any defrost, heat
or ac blowing through vents. Where is
the resistor and what is needed to
replace it? Please help

The ground wire from blower motor, primary wire color, orange. Follow that wire should go to resistor or speed controller, depending if your manual hvac or automatic. The blower speeds is controlled on the blower motor ground circuit. The diagram is manual hvac. check voltage and grounds. I can only help with testing. good luck
