How can I start it now?

Someone tried stealing my car they ripped
out the ignition and cut a bunch of wires I've
reconnected the wires I think right but now I
have no key to start.

How did somebody attempting to steal your truck cause you to not have a key? Wouldn't you (A) Have had the key with you, or (B) Gotten a new key with the new ignition that you replaced the one that they "ripped out" with?
