When I start it the idle jumps to 1200 to 2000 rpm`s , have replaced idle position sensor and that didn`t help.

Try cleaning the Idle Air Control Valve attached to the throttle body. The net will show you how. Don't damage the gasket and do not use carb cleaner, use throttle body cleaner. The net should also show you how to check it.
