just did the heads want to know the specs on rocker arms and valve gap

Rocker arm bolts: 17-22 lbs/ft. Collapsed lifter gap: 0.0"-0.177" Lifter gap procedure can be found on page 2A-6 of the PN 799-1193 Haynes manual for 91-02 Escort. Good Luck!
