When I clear my diagnostic codes it
makes my truck run the worst its ever
ran p0200 p0101 p0342 I replaced cam
and crank shaft positioning sensors
and it ran ok not its best but when I
clear the codes of goes to hell
undrivable. This is rite after a shop had
tested it it started running like this
..never seen any vehicle perform this
way

Well clearing a code won't fix it if the underlying problem is not resolved. Need to run the car on a diagnostic stand at least to see what is really going on. A cam sensor code may mean a problem with the sensor, or it could mean a problem with timing or the cam. Since you replaced those sensors, then all you can say at this point is that they were not the real problem.
