humming noise coming from belt

replaced belt and it didn't fix it.

Probably an idler pulley going bad. Use a piece of PVC pipe or hard vacuum clean hose extension to locate exactly where the noise is coming from. (Use extreme caution). With engine idling carefully position one end of pipe in and around the belt and pulleys while holding the other end of it up to your ear. Doing this will enable you to locate exactly where the noise is coming from.
