New ecm

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello I have a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8l 4x4. Recently
the car started running rough in an instant. I replaced many
sensors with no luck trying to fix the problem. Finally I just
replaced the ecm. It was bought from AutoZone and came
preflashed by Blue Streak for my vehicle. When I installed
the ecm the truck ran wonderfully for about 3 miles then
and now I have random misfires and lean bank codes.
P0171 p0174 p0300 p0351 p0356 p0358. None of these
codes were present before the truck started running bad
the first time. I replaced the ecm due to a few mechanics
telling me that was the problem. I'm lost for words ideas
and can't seem to find any information to help me on this
matter. Any ideas wild be appreciated.

Thank you

They took my vin number and my current miles when I ordered the ecm and programmed that into it before they shipped it to me
