The blower motor on my heater keeps blowing
through the AC vents will not go to defrost or to the
floor

You have an inoperative mode door. Three things can be wrong: 1) actuator went bad (this is the most likely cause), 2) the plastic flap is stuck or jammed, or 3) loss of electrical power or signal (bad switch or module, depending on how mode doors are controlled in your vehicle).
