why do I have water leaking from top motor mount bolt on motor

You can't. We are not talking about the same thing, motor mounts do not have water/coolant near them. Is there any way you can take a picture of this? That would help tremendously

Trace the coolant back to where it is leaking. You may also have a hairline crack in the block or the head, or a leaky freeze plug.
