steering pulls to the right and brake chatter and/or vibration above 45 - 50 mph.

Pulling to the right - bad alignment, tie rod (could be other steering or suspension components, but these two are the most common). Brake chatter, loose caliper, warped rotor. Vibration over 45-50 MPH - bad/unbalanced tire (that's a very common speed to feel tire vibration for bad or unbalanced tires).

So does it pull to the right all the time our just when braking ? Does it also vibrate when beaks are applied or only going above 45-50 mph ?
