Where do you add brake fluid for the 1994 aerostar?

Well I found it because it was right in front of my face. It turns out that it is the cap that I was mistaking as the power steering cap. I found it on the upper right side under the hood. It sits atop the brake master cylinder which is in line with the steering wheel which I had mistaken as the power steering unit which is in an entirely different place.
