Is there a reset button on the gear shifter for 95 tbird lx v8

My car won't shift out of park and all three brake
lights won't come on . so is there a release or rest
button on the gear shifter on the floor ,where is it
located if it does?

Adjust or replace the brake light switch located just above the brake peddle
