Where is the fuse panel located on my 1999 Lexus SC400

The following info. came from the owner of a slightly owner SC400, but it probably applies to your '99 model as well: When you open the driver side door, look under the driving wheel near the floor and the door jam. There is the little black cover for the fuse box, all you need to do is squeeze the cover and pull off.
