I have 95 Taurus v6 and was recently running when I
put the radiator hose on and it won't turn over and
crank I wonder what problem could it be

Is the battery dead? Try to jump start it.

Was it literally running when u replaced a coolant line..if it was and no coolant leaked and we're not seriously burned u probably ran it out of coolant and siezed your engine up and this is why it will not turn over
