Hi my lexus sc 300 power is shorting out is this an easy fix or am i going to drop some cash to get it fixed???

no latley when i try to start my car it sounds like it wants die out. Today when i started my car it made this funny noise so i turned the keys and took them out but the car still continued to run wierd.. it did that for about 3min

and with the radio when i press cassette itll go to the radio and itll do that back and forth untill it finally works
