2006 RX330 won't start all of a sudden and it isn't the battery. Can't jump start it

Drove home unloaded an item from the back. Left door open for 15 minutes and won't
start or jump start and hear a clicking sound when I try to start it

I'll bet it is the battery. Have the battery tested.
