Are you referring to the black plastic piece up underneath the front end or the actual ground effect attached to the front bumper?

Try www.car-part.com, or possibly one of the aftermarket Camaro parts distributors or GM-focused salvage yards.

The actual ground effect piece under the front bumper. No salvage yard in my area as one that isn't damaged.
