Sounds like a bad fuel pump switch. Or the primary coil, OR secondary coil. If you stay in park and hold the gas down as if you are driving for a few minutes does it it cut off? My quess is no. So it happens when the engine is under load. And after it warms up it goes to closed loop mode using the egr system. Which changes how all the sensors send and receive signals. So 2 main signals involved are to the fuel pump. Thought FP relay & fuel cut off switch. And after warmed up, via efi egr the coils are recieve a signal to put out more spark to burn the egr gasses in the combustion chamber. Once in " closed loop mode" the engine is no longer receiving extra fresh gas direct injected into the plenium. Hence coil woring harder under load. U can look up the resistance values on both and test yourself w/ multi meter. T
