Why Benz, BAS ESP light will come on or off anytimes? how should fix it?

Well after read on the forums Ive seen several possible fixes so heres the link. The brake light switch seems to be a prime suspect according the benz forum. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w168-class/1236288-intermittent-bas-esp-problem-no-power.html
