Rattling from the driver side door

I have a 2005 Lexus RX 330. About two weeks ago ago
while driving about 60 miles per hour on the highway, I
heard rattling noise coming from the driver side door. It
sounds like something is loose and banging against the
door. There's nothing there and nothing is loose. The noise
start when I accelerate 50-70 miles. My mechanic can't
figure it out. Please help me, because it's driving me insane!
