pull cluster out and replace bulbs...I'm assuming everything else has been checked as the question is very vague....so just replace the bulbs and all will be ok...hope this helps...

same thing happened in my focus i had to follow the wiring from the back of my cluster and find the blue wire with the red tracer, split it and ground one of the sides
