What fuses control the car starting in 2003 Olds Alero

That's a pretty vague question, because there are a lot of fuses and relays that need to work for a car to start. They'll have names like IGN SW-BATT 1, IGN SW-BATT 2, STARTER, FUEL PUMP, PCM IGN, IGN MOD, CRANK, these will be either maxi fuses, mini fuses, or relays. If you want to check all the fuses without having a fuse diagram available just buy yourself a kit of fuses with the tester. Relays can be tested with a digital multimeter. (Google how). If you're concerned a fuse or relay is missing, then you'll need to look up a fuse box diagram for your car. There is a diagram in the owner's manual too.
