Replace the fuel pump and filter. It gets hot and shuts off, cools down and pumps again.

Car will start and drive around fine for awhile, I'm assuming until it heats up, then will die. Once it starts dying it won't run for longer than a few seconds, until its able to sit again. 2 Answers

My engine is not overheating though. The temperature gauge on the car is normal. We replaced the fuel pump thinking that would fix it. It didn't.
