I never got a car from this app and it seems too good
to be true with these low payments. Does this app
guarantee the monthly payment or it depends on the
dealership

It's entirely on the dealer or seller. The app is just to give you a guideline. Take advertised prices here or anywhere on the Web with a grain of salt. One of the biggest complaints on this site are people going out to look at a car at a dealer and getting hit with a much different price than what they saw advertised here.
