Right and the (Bandit) was a Pontiac made famous by the movie. The SS Chevelle is a badged edition of the Chevy which could of been a Malibu or 2 door post 300 Deluxe, so what are they asking for out of the Custlass is was a Olds. Other names are: F-85, 4 4, Calais, Brougham, Supreme, SX, Rally, Rocket, W-46, W-25, L77, Salon, Colonade, Cutlass S, Optional Nothback, A- Body or G-Body, H-O, Jack (DOC) Watson, OLDS 455, Commotion By Motion, Chance-Vought, Rockette, Coupe, Jetfires, Hardtop, One time I heard that the engine was referred to from its builders as the Fat Block, I guess because the casting was thicker at least for the older blocks.
