The a/c on my 2000 Infiniti QX4 stopped working. Auto shop says its a blower module and they gotta go thru the dealer. That means higher cost for part! Any suggestions?

What they mean is the blower motor resistor. You can buy them online, but they will run you between $120-$150. If you are not going to fix it yourself, you will have to pay their labor and markup on the part.
