the horn relay can fail to operate, or get stuck on...I've experienced both...these are low-tech problems on every car~

This is same answer I gave you yesterday. Your model car is known for having issues with this wiring harness.

Judge thier vehicle is a 2005 Lexus LS 430. As per thier question yesterday .
