does 2005 buicks century have ignition switch problems?\

i sometimes turn the key and get nothing. pull the key wait 10 seconds put it back in and it starts but the it seems i dont have to turn key even close to as far as normally for engine to turn over. Once started i have no gages speedometer or stereo lights????
