Can you install a Turbo on a 81 Buick regal 3.8 L V6?

You can install a turbo on basically anything, hell I see people putting them on mopeds. I bought a turbo kit a week ago for about 1600 that I've been trying to sell it for $800. The number one question people ask is "Can I turbo my so&so vehicle?" I always say, "Yes, just get the right manifold, injectors, and tune and this kit will work."
