unhook bat + 60 sec. hook up see if ok once or so, t. c. m. sends signal to troublesome solinoid assembly on trans,

have replaced a lot of transmission solenoid packs, on transmission, your local chrysler dealer will have in stock because they cause problems, cost about $200.00 for new solenoid pack
