Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When starting my sentra, it would pulse then smooth out. It quit running.  The codes on my 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8 said the cam position sensor was bad then the crank position sensor. Replaced both and it still won't start. It acts like it wants to.

Same thing happened with buddy .Nissan replaced the crank sensor and it runs now but not very well. Mind you this car only has 35k but there is a recall on his year.
