Cargurus doesn't sell anything. They're just an advertising site similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Car dealerships use third parties such as Bank of America, etc. for financing. So in any case what you're doing is buying the vehicle, asking someone else to pay for it, and you agree to pay them back. You could, and I've done this, get a personal loan, deposit that money into your bank account, then when you buy a vehicle simply write a check for the purchase price. Some low level dealerships will do the financing in house. They're called buy here pay here dealerships. You put down, usually, half the purchase price of the vehicle in cash, then agree to pay the dealership the rest of the money weekly. Jim
