If a car had an accident claim (less than 3k) and fire claim (less than 2k) will it affect the resale value? If so how much reduction should it be if the car is worth say $10k

Of course it affects the value. Would you pay full price for a car like this?

I would discount the vehicle 50% if it was me.

I didn't buy it. I heard someone did. Must be really stupid to pay so much for a car with that kind of damage.
