Can you please answer a general question?

Why does Cargurus default my location to New Jersey and my language to
spanish? I live in st louis and speak english!

I have no idea. It might be the way your IP address is read by the system. You can change it to what you want.

Upper right of the webpage is a flag, click that, you probably have US spanish on.
