Will a 1986 318 motor swap with a 1990 318?

I would venture to say yes. May have to swap some parts from one to the other. You could always Google what years of vehicles engines with fit whatever your wanting it for. But from my experience, it should work.

F_O_R, couldn't he swap block for block? Pull entire engine and swap harness and everything to the new one?
